Be attentive.
Be deliberate and calm.
Move through this world with Grace.
Stay open and wait for My Guidance.
Listen with your heart to Me and to others.
Listen twice as much as you speak and only speak My Truth.
If you don’t discern what to say or do at the moment remain silent and still. Wait.
Be grateful in all things – praying constantly for guidance.
Praise God in all you do and say.
